Jill A. Oldham, age 67, of Christiansburg passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 27, 2022 in the McAuley Center, Urbana.
Jill was born on March 22, 1954 in Troy, Ohio, a daughter of the late Lester P. and Edna (Roemer) Oldham.
She is survived by her sisters, Joyce Lagant of Christiansburg, OH & Judith (Bruce) Nicholas of St Paris, OH, and sister-in-law, Judy Oldham of Centerville, OH.
She was the beloved aunt to many nieces & nephews, Adrienne (Dennis) Kaster of Stevens Point, WI, Amy (Scott) Davis of Troy, OH, Thomas (Janet) Oldham of Troy, OH, Rachel (Ryan) Fleming of New Carlisle, OH, Paul Oldham of Galloway, and Daniel (Abbi) Oldham of Conover, OH, fourteen great nieces & nephews and six great-great nieces & nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved cats, Sebastian & Boo.
In addition to her parents, brothers, Jack & Joseph “Mike” Oldham and nephew, Jeremy Hottle, preceded her in death.
Jill was a graduate of Graham High School and a member of Covenant Lutheran Church, St Paris. She recently retired from Sinclair University as an administrative assistant.
Jill was an incredibly special person with an amazing sense of humor. She was truest of friends and was always there for anyone who needed her. She truly lived for others.
We would like to say a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and hospice workers that cared for Jill during her battle with cancer. Also, a thank you to the friends and neighbors that helped out and lifted Jill's spirits.
A funeral service and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made in Jill’s name can be made to the American Cancer Society, or the Ohio Hospice of Dayton.
