Kay L. Webster, age 71, of Milford, OH and formerly of Newark, OH passed away on October 1, 2012 in Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, OH. Born on November 10, 1940 in Champaign County, OH, Kay was a daughter of the late Frank M. and Martha M. (Runkle) Detwiler. She married Lyle Webster who preceded her in death in August of 2002. She is survived by two sisters: Joyce Ann Ruisi of Castle Rock, CO and Carol Rauch of Cincinnati, OH, seven nieces and nephews and fifteen great nieces and great nephews. She is also survived by one step-son; Steve (Cheryl) Webster of Pataskala, OH, a step-daughter, LeeAnn Webster of Los Angeles, CA, and five step grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a step-son, James Webster. Kay was a 1958 graduate of Graham High School, St. Paris, OH and a graduate of The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She retired in 2001 from the State of Ohio Department of Corrections. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery.
